At Endometriosis Clinic Surrey, we specialize in providing expert diagnosis and advanced, minimally invasive treatments for endometriosis. Led by Dr. Vasileios Minas, our team offers compassionate, patient-centered care to improve women’s health and overall quality of life.
Mr Minas performs a wide variety of gynaecological diagnostic tests and procedures including office-based procedures such as ultrasound examination of the pelvis, smear test, insertion of contraceptive devices.
He is specialised in advanced endoscopic (keyhole – laparoscopic and hysteroscopic) surgery, considered today the gold-standard method for the treatment of several gynaecological conditions, which require an operation. These include problems of the ovaries (for example ovarian cysts), the uterus (fibroids, polyps, heavy periods), the pelvis (endometriosis, adhesions).

Meet Our Founder
Dr Vasileios Minas
Mr Minas is a Lead Endometriosis Surgeon and one of the most experienced surgeons in the UK for complex gynaecological surgery and deeply infiltrating endometriosis. He has an excellent and well-documented outcome and safety record.
He is Director of the BSGE-accredited Endometriosis Centre at the Runnymede hospital in the private sector at Surrey, where he leads a multi-disciplinary team of specialists with several years experience in managing severe endometriosis. He is Lead Endometriosis Surgeon at his NHS base, the Centre for Endometriosis and Minimally Invasive Gynaecology (CEMIG) at St Peter’s Hospital in Surrey, one of the largest Endometriosis Centres in the United Kingdom, where he has introduced a robotic surgical service for complex endometriosis.
He has received a number of national and international awards and scholarships for his academic work. He has published over 40 articles in peer-reviewed international scientific journals and has delivered over 100 presentations in national and international conferences.
